Fixes

Errors from converted (pre-v6) sources now report line numbers of the original file via a new conversion line_map stage
Converter diagnostic messages are kept consistent with the remapped exception line numbers
Non-breaking spaces (U+00A0) outside string literals are normalized before parsing; NBSP inside string literals and script titles is preserved
