PyneComp v6.0.71 — older v4/v5 strategies now behave the same after conversion as they…

Fixes

  • Converting a v4/v5 strategy to v6 now keeps its original defaults: 1 contract per entry instead of 100 % of equity, and the original initial_capital. Before, the converted script could produce completely different backtest results.
  • In v4/v5 scripts, several strategy.close() calls for the same entry on one bar now act as a single order, just as on TradingView.
  • A builtin call such as table.cell(..., bgcolor = bg) no longer fails at run time when your script also defines a function named cell.
  • Tuple destructuring now follows TradingView’s rules. Taking fewer values than a function returns works, and a real count mismatch is reported as a compile error.
  • In pre-v6 scripts, x == na on an element read from an array<string> (array.get, .first(), .pop(), …) now compares the way TradingView does.
  • Your own methods can now be called on chart.fg_color and chart.bg_color.
  • request.currency_rate() now accepts the ignore_invalid_currency argument.
