Features

• ScriptRunner(live=True): feed closed history, then LIVE_TRANSITION, then live updates; each closed live bar’s result arrives immediately instead of one bar late
• OHLCVReader.get_last_bar_time() returns the last real bar of a range

Fixes

• last_bar_index / last_bar_time default to None and come from a list feed’s last bar; before, scripts saw last_bar_index == 0 on every historical bar unless the caller passed it
• An unknown inputs key raises ValueError instead of being silently ignored
• Live: a late unclosed tick older than the forming bar is dropped instead of opening a new bar
• Standalone runs and pyne benchmark pass last_bar_time, like pyne run
