Features

• Profile button next to Run and Debug: each line shows its share of the script’s time, the three slowest lines get a flame, and the hover shows time, executions and per-request.security() context breakdown. On .pine files the numbers land on the Pine lines.
• PyneIDE is now published to Open VSX as well, so it installs in Open VSX-based editors.
• Pyne Edge: @udt classes may now declare methods in the class body, like Pine’s method m(Type this).

Fixes

• Changing pyneide.venvPath or pyneide.pythonPath now takes effect immediately instead of after a window reload.
